Beacon of Light is celebrating 25 years of being a bright light for our youth in Orange County, CA, we have reached 100,000+ students with prevention education regarding risky sexual behaviors. Planned Parenthood supplies most of the state’s required curriculum on subjects such as STD’s, birth control, pornography, gender dysphoria and other explicit topics. Beacon of Light’s alternative, state-compliant curriculum shines a bright light on the TRUTH that Sex is a BIG DEAL with the goal of preventing life-long emotional and physical consequences of having sex at a young age.

Children’s Hunger Fund
The vision of Children’s Hunger Fund (CHF) is to deliver food and the hope of the gospel to suffering children around the world. Working through trusted church partners in over 30 countries, CHF provides tangible resources that allow these churches to meet the physical needs of children living in poverty. Alongside this, CHF provides biblical training on how to use these resources as a tool to build relationships and share the hope of the gospel with families in need. In Southern California alone, CHF is currently partnering with over 100 local churches, to serve thousands of families each year.

Grace In Action
This year as a church family, we are looking for ways to serve locally. This trimester, we are focused on the vulnerable. We have various ways and different levels of engagement for everyone to help out. We are looking to get everyone involved in big and small ways from meeting the house parents at our open house, to helping pack boxes for Children’s Hunger Fund, helping run a camp for former foster youth in January and building a church in Mexico after Easter. Most of these (except the events at the Bridge Shelter) are family friendly, so please make arrangements and look to be apart of GRACE IN ACTION!

Judson’s Legacy
Judson’s Legacy is a ministry of faith and hope in suffering, born out of the life of Judson Levasheff. We are committed to sharing God’s love for the brokenhearted, and equipping people to stand beside the broken. We walk alongside families who have a child afflicted by a leukodystrophy disease and you can join us in sharing hope with those who are walking through the valley of the shadow of death with their child.

OVERFLOW – Horizon Pregnancy Center
Horizon Pregnancy Clinic offers free unplanned pregnancy services to women and men facing abortion decisions in Huntington Beach, Long Beach, surrounding areas and more through our Mobile Clinic. Your support allows us to provide Free pregnancy test, a limited ultrasound, and other services in a Safe and Confidential environment. Many of the women and men who walk through our doors feel they are facing an obstacles too big and too scary to face alone, but Horizon is providing the help and support.

ROOTS&EMBERS exists to see the Church flourish. We guide Christian leaders (and local church teams) to grow in loving connection with God and others, and lead wisely from wholeness and health. We do this through: (1) leadership coaching and pastoral care, (2) team development and training, (3) 9-month pastor cohorts, and (4) public/community trainings.

Standing Stone Ministry
Pastors and ministry leaders bring salt and light to our hurting world every day. Standing Stone exists to guide these ministry leaders into ever-increasing health and effectiveness. Our team of 200 veteran ministry workers currently serves over 3,000 ministry leaders in the U.S. and around the world. Our shepherds offer compassionate, confidential, cost-free soul care to ministry leaders and their spouses in one-on-one or couple-to-couple relationships. Low cost retreats and other resources are offered to pastors and ministry leaders free or at very low cost because of the generosity of people like you.

Strong Families – Olive Crest
Many families in our community find themselves in crisis with no safety net, no extended family and nowhere to turn. Through Strong Families for Children, church members volunteer to open their homes to children by giving them a safe, loving place to live while their parents work on their crisis. When you support Olive Crest, you join in an innovative collaboration between area churches, volunteers and child care professionals to support at-risk children and parents in need. Strong Families also supports a local “Cottage” that is for siblings in Foster Care.

Teen Leadership Foundation
Youth in the foster care system are some of the most vulnerable members of our county. Left to fend for themselves at age 18, these youth emancipate out of the government system with little to no advantage. Together through our partnership with the Grace community, we seek to support foster youth by providing a safe runway into adulthood using our housing, mentoring, and employment readiness programs. We invite you to continue alongside TLF in 2024, providing a new beginning for at-risk youth.

Trellis – Homeless
It can be tough to imagine a new beginning when alone and without food and shelter. At Trellis we continue to serve those in need in tangible ways that help break the cycle of homeless and poverty, all while providing opportunities to participate in healthy life-giving community. We provide food, clothing, personal storage, home furnishings, and household items to those in need. And our Community Impact Team gives those less fortunate an opportunity to be part of a team and to participate in the beautification of the Orange County cities we all share in a mutually beneficial way.

Watts Powerhouse Church
Powerhouse Church is located in the projects of Watts. It is a beacon of light and hope to 100’s of families in need. We hope to partner with them to serve meals while they learn about the hope we have in Jesus. While it is only a 40 minute drive, the people who live in the projects live very different lives than we do. We hope to help them hire workers from the community to serve the church, as well as provide supplies for the children.
