Church Child Care is the name of our Mid-week childcare program (Thursday and Friday). Our desire is to provide a little personal time for parents in the Grace community while your kids enjoy the love and care of our Midweek Childcare Team! This is childcare for infants and preschool-aged children, 0-TK.
Each Thursday & Friday mornings is $20/child for childcare from 9am-12pm. Unfortunately we are unable to transfer or refund fees for any Church Child Care which you miss for any reason.

At Church Child Care (CCC), we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where children can grow, learn, and experience God’s love through engaging activities.
Children 2 and Under
Our youngest children enjoy a caring and attentive environment designed to meet their developmental needs. With ample space to crawl, walk, explore, and rest, they are encouraged to learn and discover at their own pace. Activities include worship songs, outdoor play, and gentle introductions to the truth that Jesus lives in their hearts.
Children 2 and Older
For children ages 2 and up, CCC provides a more structured program that aligns with the lessons taught during Sunday mornings at Grace Fellowship Church. Each week includes Bible stories, crafts, and memory verse practice. Children also learn how to participate in a classroom setting, explore their emotions, and grow in understanding of the Fruit of the Spirit—love, kindness, gentleness, and more.
Our consistent daily schedule provides structure and comfort, helping children know what to expect each time they attend. Activities include:
-
Devotionals
-
Worship songs
-
Circle Time (calendar, emotions, past/present/future concepts)
-
Weather and seasons learning
-
Outdoor play and activities
-
“Good Morning” song
-
Exercise and movement
At CCC, every moment is an opportunity for children to grow spiritually, socially, and emotionally while experiencing God’s love in a joyful environment.
The CCC team is made up of dedicated staff and volunteers—ranging in age from college students to seasoned adults—who share a passion for serving our community and nurturing children in a Christ-centered environment.
Every team member completes a thorough application and interview process to ensure they are the right fit for CCC. Once selected, each individual undergoes a background check, live scan, and completes mandated reporter certification training. In addition, several of our team members hold CPR certification, further ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in our care.

Check Out
One of our goals at CCC is to provide parents with the opportunity to rest, recharge, and invest in themselves, knowing their children are being cared for in a safe and loving environment. We are also committed to keeping this care affordable for every family.
The cost of CCC is $20 per child, per day. This fee helps support our dedicated staff as well as the supplies and activities that make each day engaging and meaningful for your child.
Check-in begins promptly at 9:00 a.m., following our CCC team’s morning meeting and prayer time. At drop-off, please complete the “Special Instructions” section so we can provide care that best meets your child’s individual needs.
For pick-up, parents are asked to notify us if someone other than themselves will be taking their child home. The designated person’s name must be written on the check-in sheet exactly as it appears on their driver’s license. For the safety of every child, we also ask families to inform us of any individuals who are restricted from pick-up.
To ensure proper supervision, all children must be checked in and out by an adult. For their safety, siblings under 18 are not permitted to handle check-in or pick-up on their own.
To ensure your child’s comfort and full participation at CCC, parents are responsible for providing all necessary items such as lunch, diapers, and other personal supplies. If any of these items are forgotten, we will ask that they be brought to CCC before your child can join activities.
These expectations are outlined in our official Policies and Procedures (CLICK HERE), which each parent reviews and signs during the registration process.
Since children are active and engaged at CCC for three hours, we ask that parents pack a filling, nutritious snack or lunch—something more substantial than a single bar—to help keep your child energized and healthy throughout the day. Please also remember to send a water cup.
